Description

You will develop and implement new releases of Loan IQ, owning the full lifecycle from strategic initiatives to defect verification.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform development on the Loan IQ platform for strategic initiatives and user-requested enhancements.
• Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Communicate technical ideas, drive user demos, and collaborate with business stakeholders to iterate the development lifecycle.
• Manage teams of at least 5 members on development or migration projects.
• Apply technical understanding of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and web services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with extensive Finastra LoanIQ implementations, product upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong experience with migration project models and execution frameworks.
• Working knowledge of LoanIQ Data model, components, scripted APIs, Batch framework, and Remote Ops.
• Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST Services.
• SQL and PL/SQL expertise for efficient data extraction.
• Experience with Event Manager configuration and setup.
• Hands-on software development or DevOps experience with Client/Server, Multi-tier, and Web-based applications.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, Tibco, or IBM MQ.
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting, accruals, and payments.
• Familiarity with RHEL, Windows, or other operating systems.
