You build and support customizations, integrations, and new features for the Finastra Loan IQ platform, focusing on syndicated commercial lending workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Loan IQ modules (Deals, Facilities, Loans) using the Loan IQ SDK, APIs, and database schema.
• Design and build interfaces with enterprise systems (Mainframe, Java, .NET, AWS) via messaging queues (Kafka, MQ) or ETL tools.
• Analyze complex business processes, define system requirements (BRDs/FSDs), and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize workflows, and provide ongoing system maintenance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and operations in an Agile framework, including code reviews and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Loan IQ SDK, APIs, Data Model, and Event Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS systems such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with messaging systems including Kafka and MQ.
• Proficiency in XML and JSON.
• Understanding of the syndicated corporate lending domain.
• Experience integrating with AWS and Mainframe systems.
