Description

You will act as a Business Analyst and Product Support specialist focusing on the optimization of application capabilities and business processes within commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle by securing sign-offs from business stakeholders.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality and user experience.
• Handle production intake tickets by assessing business impact and priority.
• Monitor post-production implementations to verify corrected system behavior.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Deep domain knowledge in Commercial Lending, Finance, Originations, or Portfolio Management.
• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ and Finastera.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with Web API Services and Big Data.
• Technical skills in SAS or Python.
• Expertise using Jira, Confluence, and Visio for documentation and tracking.
• Understanding of Agile and CI-CD processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including FR, Pledge, Servicing, and WIP reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Banking Risk controls, Payments, and Institutional Banking.
• Background in Wealth Lending or Private Banking.
