Description

You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the SSNC Loan Management System, leading implementations, configuration, and user enablement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS implementation projects, covering system setup, customization, and integration.
• Perform hands-on configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting within the LMS environment.
• Guide best practices for system use and identify opportunities to optimize processes and performance.
• Train users and provide technical support for LMS-related queries and issues.
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle LMS implementations.
• Deep expertise in SSNC/LMS product functionality and configuration.
• Strong technical skills in system customization and data management within LMS.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
