Description

You will manage the client journey through the mortgage loan process, from origination to underwriting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the mortgage loan process.
• Assess client financial information and guide loan selection.
• Handle loan origination and perform preliminary underwriting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in loan origination processes and underwriting tasks.
• Strong understanding of finance and mortgage operations.
• Experience working as a Loan Officer or in a related role.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicable federal and state lending regulations.
• Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or willingness to obtain it.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
