Description

Lead the replacement of the current lending system with the LoanIQ platform, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Data Management standards.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements by working directly with business users.
• Manage data requirements and prioritize resources to ensure project alignment with data best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of outstanding issues from initiation through production deployment.
• Collaborate with project teams to build, test, and verify system enhancements and solutions.
• Maintain communication channels with stakeholders regarding deliverables and report statuses.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services, specifically within a Sell Side bank.
• Proven experience with the implementation or migration of banking systems.
• Strong SQL Server proficiency, including scripting and data mining capabilities.
• Experience with Python, schema mapping, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ quality control and application support.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to handle regulatory reporting and data management tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor's Degree.
