Description

Provide medical assistance during public health emergencies as part of a mobile clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinician for a mobile unit conducting medical tests for the general public during crisis events.
• Perform assigned clinical tasks and maintain proficiency in required medical procedures through routine training.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of assigned medical equipment and supplies.
• Support large-scale incidents by consolidating with other districts when required.

Required Skills

• Valid Indiana Professional License as an RN or LPN, or a current license from an NLC participating state.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work within a mobile team structure and travel via designated team transportation.
• Experience conducting medical-related tests in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN.

Preferred Skills

• Triage experience and emergency response background (emergency management or hospital incident management).
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current CPR Certification.
