You will manage multiple localization projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple localization projects simultaneously, maintaining accountability for deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate scrum meetings and execute tasks within larger cross-functional teams.
• Plan sprints and prepare progress documentation for leadership visibility.
• Serve as a lead within the localization team, providing guidance to members without a formal reporting structure.
• Automate localization tasks using scripting to improve process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in QA and localization roles.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience running multiple localization projects concurrently.
• Ability to plan sprints and prepare documentation for leadership.
• Experience working in a lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
