Description

You will manage inbound customer inquiries and resolve lodging-related issues via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails to resolve guest and host challenges, including mediation and escalation.
• Process reservations, payments, and general account maintenance.
• Enter and update customer information within the system accurately.
• Research information using available resources to provide quick and effective solutions.
• Identify customer needs and take appropriate action steps to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCSE subjects including English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to type over 30 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and general tech-savviness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for live voice and chat interactions.
• Ability to multitask across several applications and manage time effectively.
• Strong systematic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
• Availability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work onsite in Portmore and pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience working with CRM applications.
