Description

You will manage and optimize the cloud-based LogicMonitor platform to ensure infrastructure and application availability.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LogicMonitor platform by managing devices, creating dashboards, and configuring reports.
• Design and customize monitoring templates, dashboards, and alert mechanisms to visualize data and trends.
• Optimize alerting by establishing maintenance windows and deduplicating alerts to reduce noise.
• Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, and functionality issues within the monitoring tool.
• Document all monitoring processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in LogicMonitor implementation and administration.
• Strong understanding of Network Administration and IT infrastructure monitoring principles.
• Proficiency with Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to analyze system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
• LogicMonitor certification or other relevant technology certifications.
