You will manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring compliance and accurate inventory tracking for import and export workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory reports for STPIs and EPC on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, tagging, serial number verification, and data entry into tracking systems.
• Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and CHAs to manage import shipments and invoice approvals.
• Handle compliance documentation and certifications for import, export, re-export, and debonding.
• Oversee logistics expenses through cost coding and manage PO requisitions for service providers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Direct experience with STPI and EPC compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of Import/Export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Experience managing inventory via barcode systems and digital trackers.
• Proficiency in logistics cost coding and spend control.
• Ability to coordinate duty and tax payments with finance teams.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
