Description

Manage supplier logistics readiness and implementation for new car programs and supplier relocations in Gothenburg.

You will own supplier on-boarding, EDI communication flows, and transport routes between suppliers and production units. You will ensure supplier awareness of global logistics requirements and validate delivery readiness for all customer plants. Coordinate logistics flows for new car projects and manage supplier-to-production plant transitions. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Supplier Performance Management, and Manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure supplier on-boarding activities, including EDI communication flows.
• Validate supplier readiness for delivery to all global customer plants.
• Coordinate logistics flows for new car projects and manage transitions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing functions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in EDI communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Experience with material handling and packaging requirements.
• Professional fluency in English and Swedish (Advanced).
• Valid driver license B.
• Demonstrated experience working between suppliers and production plants.

Preferred Skills

• International experience within the logistics field.
