Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics function, including stock management, procurement, and distribution coordination.
• Oversee facilities management and ensure efficient stock control across branches.
• Align pipeline, forecasts, and actual revenue across segments to support sales operations.
• Review business processes and recommend operational improvements for efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors and repair personnel to maintain system and hardware integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CRM system management and optimization.
• Ability to develop business processes and operational workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO standards implementation and compliance.
• Experience in strategic sales operations management.
• Technical oversight of hardware, system software, and data management products.
