Description

Lead user acceptance testing for logistics and freight forwarding applications, ensuring release readiness and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end UAT activities, defining test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT execution, track defects through resolution and retesting, and ensure timely completion of testing cycles.
• Prepare UAT reports, test evidence, and release readiness documentation while validating end-to-end business workflows and system integrations.
• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to drive successful releases and improve testing processes.
• Lead and mentor QA/UAT team members, managing testing schedules and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, or Software Testing.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and release processes.
• Experience testing Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, qTest, or similar test management tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and SDLC processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge for test data validation.
• Experience leading or mentoring QA/UAT teams.
