Description

You manage global freight payment data and resolve invoice exceptions to ensure accurate spend visibility. You own the monthly freight accrual process and maintain validation tables across GLO systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve exception invoices by identifying root causes and developing corrective actions with business partners.
• Maintain freight payment data in the Global Logistics spend visibility platform, transportation management system, and audit solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand invoice processes and implement procedures in the centralized audit tool.
• Support the monthly freight spend accrual process and generate global logistics spend reports.
• Update validation tables to align with all GLO systems and support Global Logistics Organization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry, invoice audit, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical skills to work with large datasets and drive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Flows, or SharePoint.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
