Description

You will manage inventory accuracy, material receiving, and shipment compliance within a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting counts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage the receiving process, including matching packing slips to purchase orders, tagging material, and posting receipts to management software.
• Execute inventory issuance, stock returns (RMA), and timely delivery of materials to end users.
• Oversee shipment of finished goods and samples in strict accordance with DOT and IATA regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management, chemical handling, or material management.
• Proficiency in logistics management and documentation.
• Experience handling chemical products and working within production or analytical environments.
• Knowledge of DOT and IATA shipping regulations.
• Capability to work in accordance with cGMP and health and safety policies.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk for 75% of the shift.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with customer service and operations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a distribution or chemical handling environment.
