Description

You will manage international and domestic transportation logistics to support manufacturing and replenishment schedules in a GMP-compliant environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air shipments to Europe, LATAM, and APAC regions using approved vendors.
• Manage domestic ground shipments to support contract manufacturing and finished goods replenishment.
• Collaborate with US Trade Operations to facilitate commercial shipments from US 3PL providers.
• Participate in weekly distribution meetings to align logistics activities with production schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Oracle and SAP.
• Experience managing international air and domestic ground freight.
• Working knowledge of supply chain models, including forecasting and supply/demand dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to prioritization.
• Ability to manage projects and engage multiple stakeholders to completion.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
