Description

You will design and deliver data integration solutions within a data warehousing ecosystem, focusing on migration to Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver data integration and extraction solutions using Data Warehouse platforms.
• Migrate existing ETL jobs from Informatica, Talend, or DataStage into Dataflow or Dataproc.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for data process migration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to data modeling and database design.
• Collaborate within Agile environments to deliver robust data solutions.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of specific experience with Looker.
• 6-8 years of overall professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.
• 1-2 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery.
• 1-2 years of experience converting ETL jobs into Dataflow or Dataproc.
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Experience with Teradata or BigQuery platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
