Description

You will develop, test, and debug Lotus Notes applications while leading system conversions and data migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, test, and debug software independently.
• Implement new technologies within the development team.
• Create and update technical documentation, design specifications, and testing protocols.
• Analyze existing data structures and perform data model refactoring.
• Write data migration and conversion scripts to support system transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Lotus Notes administration and development.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL coding within SQL Server.
• Experience with data migration and conversion scripting.
• Experience using MS TFS for work item management.
• Experience working with MS Visual Studio in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate vague requirements into functional data and coding models.
• Strong project management and independent decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
