Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Lotus Notes/Domino.
• Develop and enhance Lotus Notes databases, forms, views, agents, and workflows.
• Create and customize business applications based on user and organizational requirements.
• Develop reusable components and ensure coding best practices are followed.

Implementation & Deployment

• Participate in application implementation and deployment activities.
• Support end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Production support
• Coordinate with stakeholders during implementation and rollout phases.

Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents.
• Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and availability of Lotus Notes applications.
• Support application upgrades and migration activities when required.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain:
  • Technical documentation
  • Functional specifications
  • User guides
  • Support documentation
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation standards are maintained.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with business users, project teams, and support teams.
• Participate in meetings and provide technical updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
