Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Lotus Notes/Domino.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Lotus Notes databases, forms, views, agents, and workflows.
• Build reusable components and enforce coding best practices.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production support.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, fix bugs, and optimize application performance.
• Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Lotus Notes, IBM Notes, or HCL Notes.
• Strong proficiency in LotusScript development.
• Expertise in Domino Designer, including forms, views, and agent development.
• Experience in application implementation, deployment, and migration activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform performance optimization.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting application upgrades.
• Knowledge of cross-functional collaboration in enterprise environments.
