Key Skills: Core Java, FIX Protocol, Binary Protocols, Unix/Linux, Low Latency Systems, Microservices, HFT Framework, Electronic Trading, DevOps, CI/CD

Good to Have Skills: Open HFT and Chronicle experience would be a significant advantage. Knowledge and experience in building ultra-low latency platforms. Good analytical skills and familiarity with BitBucket for version control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client connectivity platform to establish best in class client connectivity solutions across the globe.
• Develop low latency solutions on Java stack and HFT Framework for high-frequency trading applications.
• Use technical skills to ensure business requirements are understood at all levels of delivery process.
• Utilize and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation across all development phases.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams and be responsible for end to end delivery of prioritized connectivity streams.
• Communicate effectively with business, development, QA, infrastructure and production support teams across different departments.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support and technical business users when problems arise.
• Establish strong working relationships across different technology areas including QA, Support, and other technical teams.
• Provide ongoing support after implementation while working on new enhancements and additional development phases.
• Work as part of a global development team to ensure that global tools and technologies are leveraged effectively.

Experience Required: 10+ years of relevant experience in Low latency Java Stack development. Knowledge and experience in building ultra-low latency platforms will be a big plus. Working experience of Microservices architecture is highly preferred. Good exposure to client connectivity application development and good understanding of electronic trading and financial markets. Experience on FIX/Binary protocols and exposure to trading environment is required
