Description

Lead the design and development of ultra-low latency client connectivity platforms for high-frequency trading applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-latency Java solutions and HFT frameworks for global client connectivity.
• Establish coding, testing, and debugging standards across all development phases.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of prioritized connectivity streams while building relationships with internal and external teams.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, support, and technical business users.
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure effective tool utilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in low-latency Java stack development.
• Deep knowledge of FIX protocol and binary protocols.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Good exposure to client connectivity application development.
• Understanding of electronic trading and financial markets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Open HFT and Chronicle frameworks.
• Proven track record building ultra-low latency platforms.
• Familiarity with BitBucket for version control.
