Required Skills

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch (minimum B2 level).
• Fluent proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in Customer Support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse global backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented communication skills.
• Experience handling client and customer inquiries.
