You will manage guest communications and resolve inquiries for a 5-star hotel chain in Sofia.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with international customers to understand specific needs.
• Assist guests in finding and securing the best available offers.
• Provide high-quality customer support within the hospitality sector.
• Manage client inquiries through professional verbal and written channels.

Required Skills

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch (minimum B2 level).
• Fluent proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in Customer Support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse global backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented communication skills.
• Experience handling client and customer inquiries.

Preferred Skills

• Degree completion in any field.
