Description

You will manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M365 service usage and performance to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Microsoft services and cloud platforms.
• Manage operational requirements for Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Identify and implement process and operational improvements.
• Participate in incident and problem management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Services, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Experience managing Azure Platform, Azure Infrastructure, and Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Co-Pilot and Viva Engage.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze errors and call quality for MS Teams to resolve incidents.
