Description

You will manage and secure the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, email infrastructure, and endpoint security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Defender for O365 and Exchange Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).
• Configure email filtering rules, mail routing, SMTP connectors, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Execute incident response, vulnerability management, and endpoint security assessments using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Administer MS Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune for Android, Mac, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Manage service outages and provide end-user support following ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting O365 and Email Security.
• 6+ years of experience supporting MS Teams, MS OneDrive, and MS Intune.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Exchange Online and Exchange 2016/2019.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and Single Sign-On.
• Knowledge of networking, Windows OS concepts, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-900, MS-900, or SC-900.
