Description

Design and architect Microsoft 365 workloads, configurations, and security policies to align with customer cloud strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect M365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Implement security policies, compliance requirements, governance, and endpoint protection.
• Act as Technical Design Authority to ensure architectural integrity across projects.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to M365 services and identity management.
• Lead and mentor teams of five or more members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT or related technical roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 security, configuration, and administration.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and identity management services.
• Experience configuring Intune policies and device management best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Hands-on experience with authentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certification in Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
