Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced M365 / W365 Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 and Windows 365 environments. The role requires deep expertise in endpoint management, identity and access management, compliance, conditional access, and secure cloud architecture, along with strong project leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 & Windows 365 Architecture

• Administer and manage enterprise environments in Microsoft 365.
• Design, implement, and support Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Provide advanced L3 support and perform root cause analysis for complex M365 and endpoint issues.

Endpoint & Device Management

• Lead Windows Autopilot zero-touch provisioning initiatives.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for:
• Device compliance
• Configuration profiles
• Application deployment
• Endpoint security
• Oversee Windows 11 desktop management and lifecycle operations.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage user and device lifecycle within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML-based authentication.
• Implement and monitor compliance policies and conditional access controls aligned with enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with security teams on PKI and certificate-based authentication.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead M365-related projects including planning, execution, risk management, and communication.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices adherence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments.
• Deep expertise in Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Strong understanding of SAML, SSO, and PKI/certificate-based authentication.
• Experience managing Entra ID (Azure AD) identity lifecycle.
• Strong desktop management experience (Windows 11).
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
