Description

You will design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 and Windows 365 environments, ensuring secure cloud architecture and robust endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise Microsoft 365 environments and design Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Lead Windows Autopilot zero-touch provisioning and oversee Windows 11 desktop lifecycle operations.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity lifecycle, SSO (SAML), and conditional access policies.
• Provide advanced L3 support, performing root cause analysis for complex M365 and endpoint issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Strong experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments and Windows 11 management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of SAML, SSO, and PKI/certificate-based authentication.
• Ability to lead M365 projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Experience collaborating with security, networking, and infrastructure teams.
