Description

You will design and develop services within the Digital Workplace with a focus on the M365 platform and related applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical and architectural roadmap for digitalization, automation, and collaboration technologies.
  • Assess new products and industry trends to evaluate the feasibility of vendor concepts for global usage.
  • Collaborate with network, information security, and local IT support teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Manage key vendors and ensure operational excellence for the M365 platform.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with M365 platform and services within large corporate environments.
  • Proven domain knowledge of M365 and its related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of generic infrastructure technologies and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to provide technical input on IT security requirements.
  • Experience handling sensitive personal information in accordance with data privacy requirements.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with access management and governance of M365.
