Description

Lead the design, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on migrating from legacy systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess current legacy systems and develop migration strategies to move to Microsoft 365.
• Design Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including migration and design plans.
• Ensure compliance with security policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles focusing on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and infrastructure, including security and compliance.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business).
• Knowledge of hybrid configurations and identity management solutions like Azure AD Connect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
