Description

Lead the architecture, governance, and administration of the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID platform for Stanford University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals to deliver M365 and Entra ID solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Configure and enforce Entra ID security policies, conditional access, and identity protection standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration tasks and maintain platform availability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 and Entra ID administration and management.
• Deep knowledge of M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• In-depth expertise in Entra ID, including user/group management, conditional access, and application integration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Proven experience leading and managing small IT teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification.
