Description

You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You own the stability and security of email, calendaring, and identity services for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Configure and secure Azure/Entra ID identity management and access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex collaboration issues across Teams, Zoom, and Slack integrations.
• Implement email security tools such as Proofpoint to protect enterprise communications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Deep knowledge of Azure/Entra ID and identity management principles.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Expertise in email and calendaring infrastructure security.
• Ability to work effectively across technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Intune.
