Description

Engineer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure while managing identity, security, and compliance controls.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, conditional access, and MFA.
• Administer Azure resources, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, and identity integrations.
• Implement security, compliance, and information protection controls across M365 and Azure.
• Provide L2/L3 support, resolve incidents, and maintain configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, access management, conditional access, and MFA.
• Experience administering Azure environments, covering subscriptions, RBAC, and identity integration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Understanding of Azure networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls across M365 and Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in L2/L3 support environments.
• Experience with change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Strong documentation and configuration management discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Intune, or Sentinel.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Security).

NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
