Description

You will design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 services for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Office 365 tenants, Exchange Online, and Intune environments.
• Manage modern management and mobile device management (MDM) workflows within Intune.
• Perform technical discovery and write scoping documents and levels of effort for customer solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems using methodical approaches.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer environments or consulting.
• Extensive experience with Office 365 migrations and migration task support.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Office 365 tenants.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Intune for modern management and mobile device management.
• Strong ability to perform technical discovery and define project scope.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for face-to-face customer engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to establish technical guidelines, standards, and service specifications.
• Translate technical procedures into business terms for customer stakeholders.
