Description

Manage the setup, configuration, and operation of the Microsoft 365 tenant and its associated workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11, and Intune.
• Implement security and compliance policies for data classification using DLP, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Manage user accounts, licensing, permissions, and Azure Active Directory identity solutions.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform regular maintenance.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new products and lead M365-related projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience setting up and operating M365 tenants and workloads.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Experience managing hybrid M365 environments and on-premises integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
