Description

You will manage, configure, and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tenant workloads.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Implement security and compliance policies covering data classification, DLP, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and Windows 10/11 deployments.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot application issues, and perform regular maintenance.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new products and lead M365-related projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in setting up, configuring, and operating M365 tenants and workloads.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with Exchange Online, Mailbox management, and Intune setup.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identity management solutions.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Working knowledge of hybrid M365 environments and on-premises system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
