Description

You will lead the design, integration, and management of enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Develop architecture, governance, and security models for M365 environments.
• Lead migration and transformation initiatives from legacy systems to M365 cloud services.
• Direct technical integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, conditional access policies, and identity protection.
• Produce HLD/LLD documentation and strategic roadmaps while serving as the escalation point for complex troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years specifically in Microsoft 365 enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams architecture and governance.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online site design, structure, retention, and permissions.
• Proficiency with OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online email security configurations.
• Experience managing devices and app protection policies via Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
• Experience designing and securing hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and M365 compliance center (DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection).
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications including MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, or SC-300.
• Experience with M365 migrations using Collabware, AvePoint, or Quest tools.
