Description

You will administer Microsoft 365 within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment, ensuring alignment with state standards and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the impact of M365 product updates on the SOM tenant in GCC.
• Review product configuration options and recommend settings that align with SOM standards, policies, and licensing.
• Create technical documentation for decision makers and end-user job aids.
• Participate in working sessions with the SOM M365 product team and Microsoft resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering M365 in Microsoft GCC.
• Ability to investigate the impact of product changes on enterprise implementations.
• Experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing skills for preparing clear documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in government or highly regulated cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SOM-specific policies and licensing structures.
