Description

You will design, construct, and maintain all aspects of an Office 365 Tenant within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end implementations of target workloads and Office 365 services.
• Manage email gateways, mail flow, message tracking, and security protocols including SPF and DKIM.
• Lead technical teams through complex projects and provide strategic vision for architecture.
• Document architecture and collaborate on disaster recovery and failover planning.
• Monitor service availability and health across all M365 related products.
• Manage licensing, capacity, and user administration via automated processes and manual intervention.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and architecture.
• Expertise in M365 Tenant administration, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, LDAP, and Active Directory directory sync.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem (standalone and hybrid modes).
• Proven ability to perform on-prem to online and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for intermediate scripting and automation.
• Experience managing Intune, Windows, and Skype for Business.
• Technical understanding of DAG, patch management, and email security gateways like IronPort or ProofPoint.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
