Description

You will design, construct, and maintain Office 365 tenants within complex enterprise environments. You own the end-to-end implementation of target workloads and provide strategic architectural vision. Your role ensures service availability, security, and seamless migration across hybrid and cloud landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end implementations of Office 365 services and target workloads.
• Manage email gateways, mail flow, message tracking, and security protocols including SPF and DKIM.
• Lead technical teams through complex projects and define strategic architecture.
• Document architecture and collaborate on disaster recovery and failover planning.
• Monitor service health and manage licensing, capacity, and user administration via automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and architecture.
• Expertise in M365 Tenant administration, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, LDAP, and Active Directory directory sync.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem (standalone and hybrid modes).
• Proven ability to perform on-prem to online and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for intermediate scripting and automation.
• Experience managing Intune, Windows, and Skype for Business.
• Technical understanding of DAG, patch management, and email security gateways (IronPort, ProofPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
