Description

Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 security solutions to protect digital assets and ensure compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect M365 security solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational and compliance needs.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk evaluations within the M365 environment.
• Design and configure identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory.
• Implement threat detection and response protocols using the M365 Security and Compliance Center.
• Define data protection strategies including DLP, encryption, and rights management.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an M365 Security Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Azure Information Protection, and Azure Sentinel.
• Experience designing identity and access management solutions within Azure Active Directory.
• Expertise in implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP), encryption, and rights management.
• Ability to align security solutions with regulatory requirements like GDPR or HIPAA.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and modern threat landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and SOA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
