Develop and support enterprise-wide solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and customize SharePoint modern and classic pages, custom lists, and webparts using VS Code or SharePoint Designer.
• Manage solution deployment across environments using Power Platform pipelines and produce technical design documentation and application runbooks.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to release quality solutions and engage with business stakeholders to discover requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Implement security best practices using Entra ID and integrate Microsoft 365 services within a government (GCC) tenant.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2013, 2019).
• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Canvas Apps, Portals, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in PowerFx, SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, PowerShell, .Net/C#, and ASP.NET.
• Extensive experience with PowerShell scripting and PnP provisioning for M365 services.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint components, including SPFx, REST APIs, Site templates, Taxonomy, and Search Service.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Graph API, Entra ID, OneDrive) within a government (GCC) tenant.
• Strong background in data integration with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Adobe eSign.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Competency with InfoPath, SSRS, Azure, Git, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SharePoint content migration using Sharegate or Microsoft Migration tools.
