Define and execute the strategic roadmap for SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product features and epics.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support Product Owners and development teams to deliver maximum value through innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, user feedback, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in managing large and complex product rollouts in an Agile environment.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and SDLC.
• Ability to articulate vision, strategy, and technical details to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis to enhance SharePoint services.
