Description

Lead the technical architecture and integration strategy for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business units to validate use cases and identify reusable patterns for M365 requests.
• Design and implement an M365 Application Integration dashboard to track all active integrations.
• Establish an M365 Application Integration Center of Excellence (COE) and identify BU Champions.
• Develop a centralized information repository for all M365-related data.
• Refine the intake model via ServiceNow using a decision matrix to manage request fulfillment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and M365 components.
• Experience integrating services into Azure AD using service principals.
• Ability to determine and implement necessary permission levels.
• Proficiency in providing code samples using PowerShell, Python, NodeJS, or C#.
• Experience with M365 integration activities and consultation.
• Ability to manage high-volume request fulfillment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building intake models and decision matrices within ServiceNow.
