Description

Lead the design, architecture, and administration of Microsoft 365 environments and cloud strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and architect M365 configurations, workloads, and settings based on customer requirements.
• Manage and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects, providing governance and mentoring team members.
• Configure and manage M365 security policies, compliance requirements, governance, and endpoint protection.
• Maintain documentation for services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Expertise in M365 security, configuration, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and identity management services.
• Proficiency in managing Intune policies and device management best practices.
• Experience with authentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Technical proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 service issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• M365 technical certifications.
• Experience managing M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and protocols.
