Description

Lead the design, planning, and architectural configuration of Microsoft 365 workloads and security settings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and estimate M365 configurations, workloads, and settings based on customer requirements.
• Administer M365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Implement security policies, compliance requirements, governance, and endpoint protection.
• Act as the Technical Design Authority, providing governance and mentoring team members.
• Troubleshoot M365 service issues and create technical documentation for policies and configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and administration.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Proven experience with M365 security, configuration, and governance.
• Expertise in identity management using Active Directory, Azure AD, and providers like OKTA.
• Experience configuring Intune policies and device management best practices.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Strong understanding of conditional access policies, authentication methods, and health monitoring.
• Ability to lead teams of 5 or more members.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
