You will drive the adoption and transformation of M365 tools and services across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current M365 usage maturity, identify gaps, and set success metrics and KPIs.
• Oversee M365 applications to increase user adoption across business units.
• Develop and deliver communication, training, and support for M365 users and champions.
• Build and manage a network of M365 champions to promote best practices.
• Measure and report on the adoption and impact of M365 tools using data and feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing M365 adoption and change projects in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including MS Teams, MS Exchange, MS Viva, MS Intune, and MS Identity & Access Management.
• Proven experience applying change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or Bridges).
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and usage data to identify improvement areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience aligning M365 change activities with broader IT and business initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
