Description

You will manage and engineer cloud infrastructure specifically focused on macOS and mobile device management.

Responsibilities

  • Configure cloud infrastructure and manage Mac fleets using JAMF.
  • Automate app deployment, compliance checks, patching workflows, and email reporting for software KPIs.
  • Develop reusable and modular script libraries tailored to macOS behavior.
  • Serve as a technical architect and Tier-3 escalation point for mobile device environment issues.
  • Coordinate with InfoSec, networking, and procurement teams to integrate macOS into mixed Windows and Linux environments.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years managing latest macOS releases.
  • Expertise in JAMF Onboarding, JAMF Setup Manager, and zero-touch enrollment workflows.
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, AppleScript, and Apple Automator.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure/Intune.
  • Deep knowledge of macOS internals, updates, file systems, and kernel extensions.
  • Experience integrating SSO, Azure AD, Kerberos SSO, and SCEP certificates.
  • Ability to configure iOS, Android, and Chromebook devices on Microsoft Intune and Azure.
  • Skill in analyzing network captures using Wireshark or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Math, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

  • JAMF Certified level 300, 370, or 400.
